Imparator / Legendary Head Coach

Fatih TERIM

A Legend. A Leader. An Icon of Our Club. “Meet the "Imparator". Celebrate the Legend. Live the Galatasaray Spirit.” Some legends are bigger than football. Some names live forever in the hearts of Galatasaray fans. Fatih Terim is one of them. Affectionately known as İmparator (The Emperor), Fatih Terim represents the passion, pride, ambition, and unbreakable spirit that define Galatasaray. As both a former player and a legendary manager, he led our beloved club through one of the greatest eras in its history, winning four consecutive Turkish league titles from 1996 to 2000 and guiding Galatasaray to the historic 2000 UEFA Cup triumph — the first major European trophy won by a Turkish club. His legacy goes far beyond trophies. He has inspired generations of supporters, united millions through unforgettable moments, and helped carry the Galatasaray spirit onto the European stage. Opportunities to welcome a figure of his stature at a special gathering like this are truly rare. Galatasaray USA is deeply honored to welcome Fatih Terim as our Guest of Honor at this Gala Dinner — an extraordinary occasion for the Galatasaray family in America to come together, celebrate our shared passion, and spend an unforgettable evening with a living legend whose name will forever be woven into the history of our club. One legend. One family. One Emperor. Forever Galatasaray.
