Terms & Conditions

You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Please notify us immediately at contact@galatasarayusa.org if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

• Eligibility and benefits. Membership is subject to the eligibility requirements, fees and benefits shown on the Website when you apply. Benefits may change from time to time, and partner benefits are provided by those partners under their own terms.
• Term and renewal. Memberships run for the period stated at purchase. If your membership is set to renew automatically, we will tell you before you buy, and you may cancel at any time before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.
• Fees. Membership dues are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise at the time of purchase.
• Personal use. Memberships are personal and may not be transferred, shared or resold.
• Suspension and termination. We may suspend or end a membership, without refund, if a member violates these Terms or our Code of Conduct, or acts in a way that harms Galatasaray USA, its members or its reputation.

• Event details. Dates, times, venues, programs, performers, guest appearances, seating and other event details are subject to change. Announced guests and performers are not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed.
• Event-specific terms. Some events have additional terms shown at checkout, and some events may be produced or ticketed by partners whose terms also apply.
• Refunds. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, all ticket and registration sales are final. If an event is canceled and not rescheduled, you will receive a refund of the ticket price paid. If an event is rescheduled, your ticket remains valid for the new date; if you cannot attend, contact us within the period announced with the new date to request a refund.
• Transfers. Tickets may be transferred only where permitted for that event. Reselling tickets above face value is prohibited.
• Admission. You may be asked to show a valid ticket and photo ID. Events may have age restrictions and are subject to venue rules, including bag and security policies. We and the venue may refuse admission or remove anyone who does not follow these rules, without refund.

Galatasaray USA is a community built on passion and respect. At our events, at chapter activities and in our online spaces, you agree to:

• Treat fellow supporters, guests, volunteers, venue staff and supporters of other clubs with respect.
• Refrain from harassment, threats, violence, hate speech and discrimination of any kind.
• Drink responsibly where alcohol is served, and follow all venue rules and staff instructions.
• Avoid any conduct that is unlawful or that endangers others.

We may remove anyone who violates this Code of Conduct from an event or online space without refund, and may suspend or end their membership.

By attending our events, you acknowledge that you may be photographed or recorded and that Galatasaray USA may use these images and recordings on the Website, on social media and in its communications, without payment to you. If you prefer not to be featured, please tell our event staff or contact us, and we will make reasonable efforts to honor your request.

We try to describe and display merchandise accurately, but colors and details may vary slightly from what appears on your screen. Prices and availability may change without notice, and we may cancel orders affected by pricing errors or unavailable stock, with a full refund. Delivery times are estimates.

Unused items in original condition with tags attached may be returned within days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective. To start a return, email contact@galatasarayusa.org with your order number.

Donations are voluntary and non-refundable, except in the case of a processing error. [Tax status statement: “Galatasaray USA is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization, and donations are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law.” OR “Donations to Galatasaray USA are not tax-deductible as charitable contributions.”] We will provide a receipt for each donation.

You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us, through our payment processor, to charge your selected payment method for all amounts due, including applicable taxes and fees. Payments are processed by Stripe and are subject to its terms. If a payment is declined or reversed, we may cancel the related order, ticket or membership. If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us before disputing it with your card issuer so that we can try to resolve it quickly.

You may use the Website only for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms. You may not interfere with the Website’s operation or security, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account or system, introduce malicious code, scrape or collect data by automated means without our written permission, impersonate any person or organization, or use the Website to send spam or unauthorized advertising.

Unless otherwise indicated, the content of the Website, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, videos and design, is owned by or licensed to Galatasaray USA or the respective rights holders. You may view and share Website content for personal, non-commercial purposes, but you may not reproduce, modify, distribute or commercially use it without our written permission or that of the rights holder.

If you submit photographs, comments, testimonials or other content, you confirm that you own it or have the right to share it and that it does not violate anyone’s rights or the law. You keep ownership of your content, but you grant Galatasaray USA a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, display and share it for association and promotional purposes, subject to any specific terms presented when you submit it. We may remove any content at our discretion.

Chapters are run by volunteers and must operate in line with Galatasaray USA guidelines. Chapter leaders and volunteers are not authorized to sign contracts, incur expenses or make commitments on behalf of Galatasaray USA without prior written approval from the Board of Directors.

The Services may include links to, or rely on, third-party websites and services, such as sponsors, payment processors, ticketing platforms and social networks. We are not responsible for their content, policies, availability or practices, and your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

THE WEBSITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GALATASARAY USA DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE WEBSITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GALATASARAY USA AND ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, VOLUNTEERS, EMPLOYEES AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE OR SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR $100. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THESE LIMITATIONS, SO THEY MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Galatasaray USA and its directors, officers, volunteers and employees from any claims, losses and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your violation of these Terms, your content or your misuse of the Services.

We are not responsible for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, public health emergencies, government actions, venue closures, travel disruptions, labor disputes or utility and internet failures. In such cases, the refund terms in Section 5 apply to affected events.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact us at contact@galatasarayusa.org and try to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. Any dispute that is not resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Bergen County, New Jersey, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will stay in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our consent. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any event-specific or checkout terms, are the entire agreement between you and Galatasaray USA regarding the Services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a new effective date and, for significant changes, provide additional notice, such as by email or a notice on the Website. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms. Changes will not apply retroactively to purchases completed before the update.
